The Foundation's focus spans, for example, in the fields of neuro-musculoskeletal, instrumental diagnostics, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, cardiology, and respiratory, as well as supporting projects in the environmental, social, and cultural healthcare fields.
Through the selected projects, the Foundation aims to contribute to and improve the quality of life of the community and to build a more sustainable future.

Since 2009, the bioPmed Innovation Cluster has been a key reference point for the growth and success of the health and life sciences sector in Piedmont. The Cluster's goal is to unite the main innovation players (research centers, foundations, companies, regulatory bodies), creating a network that collaborates and produces value.
In addition to actively interacting with the Piedmont Region and local institutions, bioPmed provides strategic support to foster the development of innovative projects in the health sector, while also maintaining an open outlook on international initiatives.
bioPmed is managed by Bioindustry Park Silvano Fumero S.p.A Società Benefit, a science and technology park specializing in Life Sciences, located near Ivrea (TO).
